Difference between address history and travel history

Hi,
I got an ITA in the month of December. I have one doubt regarding Address history and Travel history.

Address History:
Do I need to provide the details of all the countries I visited for vacation? I mean, if I had visited France for vacation, do I need to mention that also, or just the places where I have stayed more than 6 months or for work.

Travel History:
Dose this include vacation and work both or just counties visited for vacation.

Address history is the place you have lived in the last 10 years. Assume, your are living in UK and you visited France e.g. vacation or a business trip etc. In the address history you should mention your home address in UK.
Now in travel history you have to list the cities and countries you have visited in the last 10 years for tourism, business or training purposes only. e.g. You are a UK citizen residing in UAE. Travel between UK and UAE is not required. If you travel from UK or UAE to countries such as US, Canada, Australia that has to be mentioned in the travel history.

Thanks, For you reply. So if i understand correctly, in the address history , i only need to specify places where I have lived during my employment or study in past 10 years and not vacation.

And in travel history you only need to mention the places you visited for Vacation etc. (Dose this include employment cuz I worked in multiple countries including canada)
