Visa taking longer than expected

I applied for visa on December 1st , 2018 and have not received any update yet. The only update that I received was that I passed my medical test on 20th of December. Since then no update. My intake is January 2019 and classes start on 7th January. I’m worried and have no clue who to contact. I applied online.

I have taken student loan and deferring admission will cause the bank to create problems. Usually it takes 15 days in my country.

Nothing else you can do but wait, you can also send an enquiry but those dont do much.
