Do we need original ECA report while submitting the application

I have done my education evaluation but ECA report is not delivered due to lost mail. However, I can access the report online. So it is fine to submit a copy of this report or do I need to submit a original one?

Online report is good enough if u want submit with ur application. However, its not required. You just need WES ref no. to add with ur application.

Do you need hardcopy of original experience letter? Or just scanned and upload works?

You are required to upload the scanned copy. However, keep a hard copy with you for future reference.
