I don’t think it is transferable to other states, Quebec has different system for evaluation

It is transferable. You have to call CNO and ask for how are you going to transfer ur license. They will send u a package form that u need fill it up and send to OIIQ and to your employer. You will also need a police clearance but u can do that online now. The procedure is in the package that theyre gonna send either thru email or by mail. But you have to prove to CNO that u are allowed to work in ontario like PR card or open work permit. Im done with all the requirements except for PR/open work permit.

Hi! You can check it online.What happened to me was I got an employer in quebec. You need to evaluate you credentials with MIDI if it is comparable or not,its a counterpart of NNAS. They gave me an option to study for 6mos or do an integration with the jospital and the hospital will evaluate your perFormance and pass it to OIIQ. Since i already got a job, i did the integration for 1 month with my hospital. Then the OIIQ will allow you to take the exam if they are satisfied with your performance during integration
