If Yes, then next question :
2) Has Mr xxxx applied for Express Entry before?
If Yes, then next question:
3) Please provide the Express Entry file number?
If Mr xxxx has a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below:

1) No. (Assuming you never applied for any visa from Canada before, regardless of whether it was approved or refused.)
All the other questions should disappear.

But like I said, if you can, ask consultant to remove your old profile from the pool, or revoke GCKey altogether. Either one.

That's correct, never applied for a Canadian VISA before.

Just awaiting to get a confirmation from my consultant on the final closure of old profile, before I can submit a fresh one.
