They have, although these are the ones who either got a ghost update or confirmation of file approval. No one I know with "security not started" got their ppr from our Ark.

Road trip dude...to Rameshwaram, Pamban bridge connects the Indian Mainland and Rameshwaram Island. Just to clear, I didn't say Sri Lanka ;) :P

Anytime i sent an email to NDVO, they alwys forward my email to CIO Sydney instead of sending PPR. CIO will respond that my file is in queue for issuance of correspondence. These pple are not consistent with their processes. You both( @tob and @TOFluv ) will get a new PPR email soon by God's grace. It is well.

Long time back when I applied for student visa to Canada from vfs dhaka I have used the online chatting option to ask questions. I am not sure if it is still available but you can check it and ask them your question.

That's weird. I hope CIO responds to you quickly. Raise CSE's every two days maybe that'll spur them on.
