Sure you can change at anytime, but it's always safer to not fiddle around with the info too much, as it takes 24-48 hours for the updates to come into effect (points recalculation etc...).
Great to hear about your points! Now that you're sure there is no issue with your eligibility, then it's either a problem with the info you entered. But because that doesn't make much sense since it's been valid for all this time, it's probably a system glitch. It seems many have encountered this same problem here.
Wait for their reply.
If it was ineligible completely, it would have been said so as soon as you submit profile.
But I have created a new profile now. Still waiting for their response. I would love to use my old profile due to tie breaker thing but it seems that score will remain high now as there hasn't been a draw for quite some time now. Moreover, OINP is about to open next month and they prefer newer profiles (this is what I heard and read).

EE profile selection for PNP isn't based on whether or not they are old or new.
It's a matter of selection criteria. Whatever the date a profile was submitted on, everyone will be required to prove every point they claimed.
One 's profile won't get higher chances of being selected just because one's profile is older.

A guy from a Facebook group created his new profile with pof 12800 and it got accepted. But when he changed the amount to 12600, he got the ineligibility message.
Now, he is again creating a new profile with higher pof amount.

Yes so like I said before, there is a slight possibility that the minimum funds requirements were raised in the EE system, and there was a communication problem which lead to applicants not being informed and website not being updated at the time of this writing.
It's a hypothesis, because this problem only seems to affect this who had declared funds very close to the minimum funds required...
