I have a question.
I can see many July applicant got Decision Made first and receive PPR.
Is that correct procedure? Or PPR first and then "Approved" decision made next?

ppr is best first. because in end they will send u ppr if they show decision made on ecas. ppr required to finalize application

I went home for four months and CIC asked me to submit the travel history, while I visited US for 2 weeks and they didn't. So I guess it depends on the length.

It’s alright buddy. I’m a Sept 17, 2017 applicant. My background check was completed on Dec 27, 2018 as confirmed by a ghost update and the CIC call centre agent. Also, my GCMS notes from early November indicated that it hasn’t started yet. So I don’t know what to rely on. Just wait for the ghost update I guess

How do I submit "Acknowledgement of Receipt" for Bridging Open Work Permit? Can I just provide a copy of those two emails from IRCC which has Application Number for Permanent Residence application?

Add all into one pdf. Otherwise you can cancel your application. Mine got cancelled once.

this question has been answered by many people on this forum , just use the email you received that says your application has been received by CIC, that's your AOR.
