Police clearance from Canada

Hi,

I have got the invite in last draw of Dec 19th and preparing the documents for PR. I have finished my medicals and got the Police clearnace from Indian Embassy at Toronto. Do I need to get Police clearnace from Canada as well ? Please advise.
 
IRCC will ask you to get one later if they want to see it. You are not required to submit one at the time of your application

You should still apply for RCMP clearance just in case they ask for it later....helpful if you want your application processed quicker....

If you have been in Canada for more than 6 months at any point of time (in my case 8 months)....

Most probably you won't...but no harm in getting it before hand to save time later on....
 
I will suggest only to provide as much documentation as requested. It takes hardly any days to get PCC and if they need they will ask!
 
yeah, I was thinking the same. I will go ahead with it if the request is sent accross. As of now, I am preparing the other docs.
