Question about proof of funds

I am the primary applicant, and I have two bank accounts in different banks.

One is a joint saver account with my partner, which has nearly CAD $20000. This account is only 7 month old and the money is in the account from the first day. The money comes from my partner, not my salary. Should he prove how he got the money (submit his full bank statements)?

Another one is a transaction account in a different bank. I used this account to receive my salary. This account was opened in three years ago, but the balance is very low.

Should I declare all my bank accounts for Proof of funds? Or only one bank account with sufficient money is enough?

You can show account with enough money only and since the money is there for more than six months, you don't have to disclose the source of funds as far as I know

Only one bank with sufficient money should be enough.
Since your joint account is only 7 month old, they may ask about the large transfer, since it is from your partner that shouldn't be a problem unless you fail to prove it.

Thank you. I can prove my partner transfer this large money, and he can prove how he got the money with full bank statements. Should I submit all these full statements? Thank you.

I can't say this for sure.
But if I were you, i would provide those proofs while applying just to be safe and to avoid extra efforts in the future.
But someone expert in that matter can suggest better.
