Hi,
I was nominated by the Ontario provincial program - International Student Stream.
In the nomination I received, it is mentioned that it is maintained if two conditions are met: (1) Continue to demonstrate intent to reside in Ontario and (2) in exact words: "You continue to be employed in the approved employment position. That your duties, wages, hours of work, etc., must be consistent with those set out in the approved application. "
My question is related to a position-level promotion that I received recently being named in the company where I work, from retail supervisor (NOC B) to retail manager (can be classified as NOC 0 or NOC B).
If I accept this promotion, staying within the same company and with the scope of activities related to the position in the same gender but at managerial level, would I be violating the rule regarding the second condition established by the nomination? Has anyone ever had a similar situation and have more accurate information about it?
Thanks!
