I have already checked NOC 0124 and 0601 both have title sales and marketing manager . However., I am confused because noc 6221 is the one which closely related with my job duties . But being a manager i can't apply under 6221. So can u please help me in finding appropriate NOC

Job title is irrelevant, you can choose 6221 if your duties match with that doesn't matter even if your job title is manager or "Chief financial operations logistics manager"
