Less chances looking at previous years draws. However CIC can give everyone a New year surprise.Any chance that the next draw will be on 2 Jan or in the 1st week of 2019?

Yes, you can show secondary applicant’s account for POF.Can we show POF in secondary applicant account and give bank letter for secondary applicant account. Or should we transfer amount from secondary applicant’s account to primary applicant’s account. In case we are showing POF in secondary applicant’s account then does primary applicant need anyconsent letter from secondary that she can use that account?
Thanks Hitesh.. one more question half of the POF will be given by my brother. I’ll be making a gift deed for the same. Will they ask for source of funds in my brother’s account as well?Yes, you can show secondary applicant’s account for POF.
Although not needed if secondary applicant is accompanying but still I would suggest submitting a consent letter.
No. Source of your funds will be asked, not your brothers. Thanks Hitesh.. one more question half of the POF will be given by my brother. I’ll be making a gift deed for the same. Will they ask for source of funds in my brother’s account as well?
Usually they won’t ask source of gift deed money but you should be ready with the answer incase it is questioned. Thanks Hitesh.. one more question half of the POF will be given by my brother. I’ll be making a gift deed for the same. Will they ask for source of funds in my brother’s account as well?
If you ask me you can wait for the first draw to take place but I seriously doubt that you will get direct ITA with 434 points. However, in all probability the first draw of 2019 is your best shot to get direct ITA in 2019 and I am not so convinced that Ontario will be sending invitations before that...Guys, I created my account on Feb 2018 with CRS 439. Now I am at CRS 434 and wondering if I should recreate my profile on Jan 1 (for OINP) or wait 7-10 days to recreate? TIA for suggestions.
FD can be created. If it was transferred from the same bank account then you need to show the bank statement. Also if this amount was recently transferred then a gift deed will be required. Can we create FD for POF after recieving ITA? What’s docs we need to show for the same.
No the amount for creating FD is not from same bank account and it’s created post ITA. In that case what should we show for the same?FD can be created. If it was transferred from the same bank account then you need to show the bank statement. Also if this amount was recently transferred then a gift deed will be required.
I am not sure how it works if the FD was made from a different bank account. I suppose bank statements still will be required. However not sure on this one.No the amount for creating FD is not from same bank account and it’s created post ITA. In that case what should we show for the same?
You might receive ITA if the draw happens on Jan 2nd. If not then probably you'll have to wait till February or march or maybe April as well. One positive thing is that the targets for permanent residence is higher in 2019 and hence the draw sizes may be more than 3900. however you should also consider the fact that there are people from US who are trying to get permanent residency in Canada at a larger rate than previously. That being said if you get a notification of interest from any province please take it don't wait for the CRS to drop.Hello All,
After the latest IELTS result my CRS is 439 (Although didn't receive the test form), what are the chances to receive ITA at this CRS?
Experts please provide your valuable comments.
