My CRS score is 396. What is the possibility of getting PNP from Ontario state

My CRS score is 378. In addition, I'm in Express entry pool. My profile details are as follows,

Major - B.E Mechanical
Exp. - 2.5 years of Indian Experience
Age - 25
IELTS - CLB 8

I would be grateful if you suggest me the best PNP option available for me.
