I have 2 years and 9 months of experience working as an assistant manager for a fast food company in Singapore, and over-3-month experience working as the restaurant manager for a restaurant in Australia. may I know if my position is eligible to apply under Press Entry System? Is it eligible for 3 years of experience for Manager position?

yes you seem to have 3 years of experience for express entry and you'll get points for 3 years experience.
