RISK is need to give 30thoused INR ( It seems very slight risk for me instead of waiting in queue for Exp Entry)

The process as follows :
First he process my visiting visa for Canada then after getting visit visa
He will arrange interview with Canadian employer which is probably Skype or Telephonic
After selection in Interview he will release the LMIA approved offer letter and Flight tickets to me
for that I need to pay 30K INR
than I need to fly Canada and Meet Consultancy advocate in Canada same day and apply WORK PERMIT by showing LMIA offer letter in Canada embassy. They will give me acknowledgment which proves that i applied Work permit ,and they said that in 20 working days to get WORK PERMIT . (consultancy person said that "you can also work having acknowledgment receipt which given by embassy when I applied for WP )
after getting Work Permit, I need to start working in my employer company and pay every month 50k Rupees to OUR Indian consultancy for 6months. ie 3laks rupees
Also said that Accommodation & Food cost s given by Canadian employer in free of cost for me not for my wife

It is scam.
1. As a tourist you are not suppose to come with intention to search work.
2. In the age of internet and video phone calls, they can do interview on the phone (no need to come there).
3. No agency can "release" or otherwise confirm that you will get LMIA. That one has to be applied by your future employer and it is up to immigration officer to approve it or not. LMIA is a lengthy process (it can take up to 6 months) with an unsure outcome.
4. No Canadian employer (with very rare exception) will pay for your accommodation for months and months.

So yes that is a good way how to scam you.

Hi Vensak.

Thanks for your reply,
1> No we do not reveal our intention
But Agency saying that under AIP program they will set interview under Atlantic provinces employers
My question is weather they set interview , If I got selected , Is Employer going to release offer letter with LMIA with in week or so?
once we move there with offer letter and LMIA can we go embassy with them for WP?

Atlantic program is for workers in 4 Atlantic provinces. You can look at it as a special type of PN.
However that will not relieve you from LMIA requirement if you want to work there before being approved as a PR.

A week would be enough for a job offer (as that one is fully on your employer to do).
But 1 week for LMIA is impossible.
Here is how it looks like:
1. Employer will release job offer advertisement on several accessible sources (like indeed.com, monster.com of famous jobbank)
2. Employer will collect resumes and conduct job interviews (as process that takes 1-2 months).
3. Employer will identify that no Canadian citizen or Canadian PR will meet the criteria and he is unable to fill that working position that way.
4. Employer will prepare job offer for you.
5. Employer will submit LMIA application with all evidence of the process above (point 1 to 4).
6. Immigration officer will decide about this LMIA (no deadline is given there). This decision takes somewhere between 1 to 6 months.
7. With positive LMIA result you can apply for your closed work visa, which again takes some time (1 to 3 months).
8. And you have to formally enter with valid work visa, for them to be approved in POI (similar to "landing" for new PR).

So with the description above, whole process takes 6 months to 1 year. As a result employers do not bother to consider any non PR unless they already work for them or they are in such dire situation that do not really have anybody else.

Hence the agency that you have visited just wants to scam you. Why?
1. Either they are not aware at all how the process works (in that case they just want to get a quick money)
2. Or they are aware, but they do mislead you heavily (so yes they do want to get quick money).

How could be its fake, A agent is expecting money from me for giving job offer from "AIP Designated employer" under Atlantic canada region work permit dosent need LMIA (but Employer NEED to be AIP Designated)

Its simple > I got a offer letter from AIP Designated employer (who dont need LMIA to recruit Fourier skilled worker but Employer must be AIP desinated)
then I go to canada and employer providing i will stay (i dont need to search for accomidation as well)
and I need start working once after Provincial endorsement confirmation , i can get temporary work permit and gain PR eligibility (i need to check how i can apply PR)
Help me if you found any silly in it.

Flights to Canada ,accommodation and food would never be paid for or very rarely by an employer unless maybe as temporary compensation package some very senior executive position or some remote oil/gas installation for example.. These are standard indications shown in other posts on this forum that such offers are not genuine.

If you are still not convinced then by all means go ahead and apply, prove everyone here wrong. Also a minor but relevant point but Canada does not have Canadian Embassies on Canadian soil so is this some misinformation given to you by this agent ?

Do you know yet the potential employer and have you tried to contact them directly to verify the agent is acting on their behalf ? By directly I mean not through an email or phone number given to you by the agent

Good luck anyway

There are many many indications this is fake. To give one example, food and accommodations are NEVER arranged or paid for by an employer. However this is almost always mentioned in scam letters. Again, this is fake and a scam. There is no job. Of course it's your money.

If something sounds too good to be true, then it is a scam.
1. there are list of criteria on employers to be allowed to use this programs. So not that many of them can do it.
2. each employer has to cooperate with a designated settlement organization (this is a repeating requirement for all 4 provinces, that do participate).
3. In reality AIPP is for people that already work in one of those provinces (PGWP for example or working holiday), employer is satisfied with them and wants to keep them. Otherwise it is again too much paperwork for employer to go through it.
4. Another repeated requirement from each province is to follow provincial and federal laws. (that will again bring them to LMIA like conditions).
5. It is also apparent that they want to support industries that have most problems to get qualified workers (for example fisher industry).
6. You yourself have highlighted LMIA as part of the process, that is offered by that shady company you are considering to use. If suddenly they will jump to AIPP, then it is additional signal that they have no idea of how things works.
7. Do not confuse settlement plan with any obligation to give you something. Settlement plan is a nice piece of paper where you show that you understand that certain steps will have to be taken (you would have to rent apartment / house; find school for children / assign to the medical plan of the province). Does it have to do anything to do with your employer? No it does not, apart of the fact that he does recognize all the homework you have to do and be understanding when you will be trying to do it. That's all it is.
8. Job offer without LMIA does not give you any right to work unless you will be approved PR. And the AIPP is a paper based process, so count with 12-18 months time for such application to be approved. And no implied status cannot apply to somebody who did not have any work visa in a first place.

And if you so wish to donate your money, maybe charity might be a better option.
