There is no problem here. Just move the work history to personal history and you don’t need any rewference letters for spouse unless you’re claiming points and that is possible only if spouse has Canadian work ex.
Thanks ...but do i need to attach appointment letter and salary slips for my husband in loe?
Also theres one more doubt , maximum funds in my account has been transferred by my husband gradually over 6-8 months...i have attached NOC of my husband for the same...will it work or can they reject.

Not sure why you want to provide documents for something for which you’re not claiming points. I think I was clear. Asking same question again differently won’t change my opinion or answer. Rest is up to you.

On the second question if spouse is accompanying there was no need to transfer money to your account in the first place. You could have used spouse’s bank account. In any case there won’t be any issues in the case you described.

Can we show POF in secondary applicant account and give bank letter for secondary applicant account. Or should we transfer amount from secondary applicant’s account to primary applicant’s account. In case we are showing POF in secondary applicant’s account then does primary applicant need any consent letter from secondary that she can use that account?

Hi Guys,

I am almost done collecting all the documents. It would be great to know the following :

1. For the digital photo, do i have to take the photo and scan it or do i have to take the soft copy of the photo from the professional photographer and upload.

2. For All the documents I am planning to scan via camscanner. Do you guys have any suggestions ?
Also , the documents have to be in pdf ?

3. For example , for Employment Records- Technical associate, will have to include the reference letter , payslip, form 16 evrything in one pdf ?

4. for loe, all explanations should be in one letter ? and it should be uploaded in client information ?

For what it's worth, here's my advice. Caveat: It's based on general experience - I still have a couple of more documents to prepare before I submit my ITA:
1. From experience of less than optimum results from scanning photographs, I would recommend getting a digital copy of a professional photo and uploading that. This gives you flexibility as well to resize (both dimension and file size) if required a bit more easily.
2. If you do choose the camscanner (I'm assuming you mean a phone app) route, you really need to be careful to avoid shading/distortion issues. If you can beg/borrow/steal access to a proper flatbed scanner it would at least ensure the quality of your scans. Personally, i use a very basic HP inkjet printer + scanner, which if I recall well I picked up for something like 30 USD. While I'm not sure the docs need to be in PDF, it's a good idea to use the format as it's easy to concatenate or otherwise manipulate multi-page documents. If you really must use an app, you may want to look at
3. I believe you can only upload one document for each work experience, so yes single doc (see comment above about PDF).
4. Location is correct, and again I believe you can only upload one document.

All the best.

1. Yes, take it from a professional photographer. The dimensions given as per CIC are pretty normal so you shouldn't have any issues. Just take a usb with you or ask him to email the photos to you once you are done.
2. The scanned documents should be clearly scanned and open in adobe acrobat reader. So when you do it from camscanner, make sure the watermark doesn't cover any part of the document. I would still advice get access to a normal scanner as the results are much better than camscanner.
3. If you have a reference letter is the required format as per CIC, you do not need anything else to attached with it. Other things are attached if your reference letter has any lacking.
4. This is up to you. You can attach it in each section regarding that section or you can make it under client information. Just make sure it is short and not too much information as they might ignore or miss the actual point you are trying to make.
