Is ECA required for Masters as well as Undergrad degree?

Hi,

I have completed BTech in 2012 and got ECA done ( Positive report from WES). Now I'm currently enrolled in MBA in Sydney.

1. Will I have to do ECA after masters as well to claim masters degree points
2. Is Australian MBA recognized in Canada for points?
3. Is IELTS exempted if I did degree in English?

2. Is Australian MBA recognized in Canada for points? Check WES's website and their equivalency tool to get an idea of your evaluation.
3. Is IELTS exempted if I did degree in English? IELTS is not needed for ECA but for express entry profile submission/eligibility, IELTS is a must no matter what language you did you degree in

Thanks , I did the equivalency thing on WES and it shows acceptable.But how can I know for sure?
Also,. Is it advisable to enter the pool with subpar 436 points or wait till I finish MBA and enter with 476 points? I heard IRCC stops Exp Entry in 2021.

I don't know about stopping express entry, if online tool shows acceptable then you should proceed with masters for more points.
You can make an express entry profile now and update it later when your masters is done. The benefit is that in the mean time you might be able to apply for any PNP etc if your profile is already in the system.
