Wrong UCI on IEC application

Hi all,

my boyfriend has submitted his second IEC application and accidentally said "NO" to the question, if he already has a UCI. He did indeed get that when he was applying first last year.

He tried to contact the IRCC through the webform but after over 2 weeks, they have now just sent him a generic email about what the UCI is. They didn't amend or advise anything.

The pools are open but no invitations to apply are being sent out yet, it may start at the beginning of January 2019.

The question: Should he send them yet another message through the webform or should he delete his profile and submit another one?

He already sent a Webform and doesn't need to do anything else. A lot of people don't even know they have a UCI or what it is.

It seems like the UCI is super important. Just concerned that it will be an issue.
Should he maybe mention it in the letter of explanation again once he's able to apply?

Sending another webform with attached screenshots would be too much you think?
