Hi I am Rehan from India.

My current scenario is like this, I did my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science which is 4 years in Chennai, India in this university http://crescent.education/

When I first checked WES equivalency tool, that university was available and it said my degree will be evalutated as Bachelor's degree (4 years),but now when I want to start the ECA just for the sake of confirmation I checked the equivalency tool again unfortunately my university has been removed from the list.

What do I do now?
Should I go with IQAS/ICAS?

One more query is, WES charge per candidate. If I want to evaluate 2 degree through IQAS/ICAS do they charge per candidate or per degree?

If WES is not evaluating the degree, then I think those are the only two alternatives to the best of my knowledge. Just to make sure, reach out to CIC and confirm with them.

This thread should help in figuring out IQAZ vs ICAS : https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/iqas-or-icas.551148/

Hello members , I have a few questions regarding WES evaluation :

I have two Bachelor degrees , first one BA ( Bachelor of Arts ) but i did it private , and the other degree i hold is B.Sc Mechanical engineering (4 years ) . Would WES evaluate both of them , and if it does, can i opt for " Two or more degrees, diplomas or certicates " in the CRS ?

Anxioulsy waiting for the reply and thanks a lot.

You can visit this link https://applications.wes.org/degree-equivalency-tool/idp.asp and check whether your university is listed. If it is listed you can get the ECA done through WES else check others like IQAS/ICAS.

I think if both the degree are of 3 years in duration then you can opt for that option. I am not sure, please cross check.

The B.Sc Mechanical Engineering is a 4 year degree but the Bachelor of Arts is a 2 year degree but i did it in a single sitting as a private candidate without taking regular classes

Unfortunately, I have no knowledge about your query.
