Study Permit, Non SDS, Jan 2019, Visa

Hi I'm from India.
I completeled my graduation in 2018.
IELTS - 7 (L9,R7,W6,S6.5)
Graduation - 64.3%
Course - Marketing Management postgraduate certificate coop Jan, 2019(1 year-8 months)
I paid fees for for 1st Semester.
Applied for visa on 16th November, 2018 but haven't received any update till now, medical is updated but decision is pending even after 38 days.
Most of the people I know for the same course recieved their visas in just 15-20 days.
Anyone can tell me the reason for this delay and the chances of getting visa?

You applied late . . So you have to wait

Don't worry,some people get visa after 2-3 months too. Be positive and you can also contact ircc by filling web form.
