Proof of fund using digital bank

Is it ok for your proof of fund to be from a digital bank (no IBAN or account number)?
there is this bank that is mobile only bank (digital) that is a part of bigger bank

The bank does provide things such as printed litter ..... etc, but everything is digital.

Is that acceptable ? or CIC would reject that ?

Idk about your case. But there's a Canadian digital bank just like yours called Tangerine. It has no physical branch at all. I called them to send me a letter with blah blah and blah. And they did a fantastic job.

Maybe you can try the same thing with yours too.

My main concern is if CIC will accept a proof of fund from that bank or it require a physical bank with a regular account (current ... etc).
I am confident of getting the letter and printed statments, cause that digital bank is part of a physical bank so i can visit the branch and ask for the documents.
