I have a Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) and I am working in Canada for 3 months. Can I get LMIA points? I read that employers are exempted to get LMIA in this situation with an exception code C43. But can I still get points for LMIA?

Short answer is no. To get the points under an LMIA exemption, your employer must be listed on your work permit and you must have worked under that work permit for at least a full year. A PGWP is an open work permit and does not list employer names - so no points. Your employer will need to get an approved LMIA in order for you to get the points.
