Biometrics before getting an ITA?

I just want to make sure we dont have to give biometrics at the time of submitting our EE profile/before getting an ITA, right?

They are usually requested after you submit your PR application, which of course happens after an ITA

It is not required while submitting the EE profile.
The request for biometrics is usually sent out at the stage when you clear your medicals which going by the current trend is about 30 days post AOR.
