Applied through EE in Ontario but got a job in Quebec

Hi guys, happy holidays!

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a few questions concerning this. I've applied for PR through EE (FSW-inland) in September 14, 2018 and got invited and submitted all documents and everything and I put a family member's address in Ontario for the mailing address. I got a job offer in Montreal in December though, and I have a work permit. So I've moved and taken the job because nothing turned up in Ontario.

1- When/If I get my PR application approved, what's the best thing to do? My guess is to send my passport from any Canada Post in Ontario, then pick it up from my family member, and flagpole in Ontario, then come back to Montreal as a PR. Will that work?

2- I've applied for Quebec health insurance (RAMQ) with my work permit. Will that affect my PR application?

3- When/If I get my PR, is there anything I should do (a document or something) to be able to continue work in Quebec?

4- Is there anything else I should look out for so my application doesn't get refused?

Thank you!

To apply under Express Entry you cannot plan to live in QC.
You are asking people to help you commit misrepresentation, good luck with that.

Nope, what you really need is fixing your own mistake. Move out of QC while your application is still in process before IRCC figures this out and drops the hammer on you.

What difference does it make if I move out of QC now? I don’t have to change my address in the application since it’s already an ON address. I’m not gonna sign any documents soon here in QC and I have my dream job and am making income. If I go to ON, I’ll have to move all my stuff and won’t have a job.

If my application is approved in the next 2 months then I’ll do the rest in ON then come back. From what I’ve read in the forums, if I get my PR approved it means I can work anywhere in Canada. Am I wrong?

Sorry if I’m coming out rude or stubborn but I’m really tied up here and am alone in the country. I’ve been under a lot of pressure but this job is helping me a lot. All I want is for my PR to get approved.
