What is tax liability for Canada citizen (and having job in india)

I have a question regarding taxation.
1. Once we have the Citizenship of Canada, it is said that there is no obligation to stay within Canada.
Am I right?
2. If I have the job in India (after obtaining Canada Citizenship) how does the personal (Only Salary) Income tax work?
3. What is my tax liability. Should I pay tax according to Indian Income tax/ Pay taxes to Canada as per Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) rules.
