PCCs were uploaded a little over than a month ago.
What does it say on your guys' message?

"no additional documents needed, we will inform you, if this changes" this is my timeline for additional docs

most outland sponsorship are processed abroad but outland could also be processed inside Canada......where your application is processed depends on the decision of the visa officer......your application is been processed and don't get stressed about file transfer.

In application "Status"......Review of eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"......means your application is currently been reviewed if you meet eligibility to be issued the PR visa.

Background check is usually completed after review of eligibility.....when background check has started, the status will change to (2)....below.....

1.) Background Check: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.”.
2.) Background Check: “We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information.“

your application has only been in process for 6 months......relax....assume takes 12 moths to complete processing to reduce the waiting stress.

Is that fine when I see Background check We are processing your background check before they start the eligibility or even before i get SA and medical?

Medical is done already , since then it’s complete silence

And it’s Christmas, I don’t want to spend it without my husband. It’s so depressing .
I’m praying for a miracle that he comes as soon as possible

yeah, i don't have an access of my gc key, bcz i have a paid representative. i am worried also as you guys are. i don't want to call everyday my representative so i am everyday checking on ecas and automated system

Same story . I also don’t want to email him everyday so I check the ecas and automated system everyday . Lol
Hoping for a miracle . Wish hubby was here for Christmas

background check could take awhile to complete......once background check and eligibility assessment are completed...passport request is next......assume 12 months process completion.....patience
