Apply new Visitor Visa which was expired recently

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had my Canada visitor visa in my old passport which was expired on Dec 06, 2018, and I had applied another new one with my new passport on Nov 20, 2018, and that got approved, but sadly, it was approved again till Dec 06, 2018. I am not sure why that was the case? Yet, I am looking to apply again with my current passport, will it get approved with longer validity? Any help would be appreciated.

Probably just a mistake . Send a Webform explaining the situation. They should just reissue it with your new passport info.

Thanks for your reply, but I got the new VISA with my new passport detail on it with the old expiry date 06-Dec-2018.My new passport is valid until 2028. Can we submit a web form for these cases? It would be great if you could help me here.

Yes, submit the Webform and it should be reissued.

Not sure what you mean. Just fill it out and explain the issue.

Thanks. What I meant was, the web form in the attached deal with applications, which are only in process, but in my case , I have received my passport with Visa stamped. Yet, Can I fill this form to resolve my issue?

YES. That’s why it was suggested to you in the first place. Your issue is valid and you can use the form.

The language is there to probably discourage inquiries like “i want to come to canada pls help me” to IRCC.

Hi,
I need some help and guidance here pls. My family (father, sister(16) brother (19) and my little brother (9) had apply to visit me in canada since june 2016. Until this moment they didn’t get any approval or rejection from the Canadian embassy in Lebanon. We sent a 100 enquiry and the only feedback we are getting is that the application is still under process, knowing that the normal processing time is 24 days and now we have been waiting for more than 2 years. I’m so frustrated cause im not able to levae my responsibilities here and travel overseas especially that im the only provider for my family. Please advise.
