I didn't go through such an ordeal as I completed my HND in 2014. However its best to get your transcript request done directly through Pearson in order to avoid any confusions. You may add in a small note with your concerns when you are requesting the transcripts.

Select the replacement certificate option and make sure to attach a scanned copy of your WES academic transcripts request form and include the WES address details. A small fee needs to be paid in order to dispatch your transcripts to WES. Hope this helps

Hi...It is basically a Pearson BTEC HND (Level 5) which has a duration of 2 years. Here is the link for your reference:

Yes I did my BTEC HND at ICBT too. It would be best to request Pearson to send your transcripts to WES. Use the following links:

1. Consent form:
https://qualifications.pearson.com/content/dam/pdf/Support/services/replacement-certificates/Pearson-RC-Consent-Form.pdf

2. Pearson Transcript Request Form:
https://www.pearsonschoolsandfecolleges.co.uk/PRR/PRR/NewRequest.aspx

(Make sure to fill in all details properly)

Make sure to attach the WES academic request form, Pearson consent form and any additional documents which would be useful. A fee of 43GBP has to be paid in order to dispatch your documents. Make sure that you give the WES address details properly. After your request is successful you will get a DHL tracking number from Pearson so that you can make sure that WES has received your documents. It would take approximately 2 weeks for this process.
