At this point in time there isn't much anyone can say or do but you have to keep calling them because 14 months is quite long.

I called them again. Same story : background check!!!!! Really tired of this answer
What is your Ecas status? Is it Decision Made ? If yes then what background check?
Try using webform rather than calling the call center.

My spouse and I have received oath invite for mid Jan 2017 at 1 PM. However, Oath ceremony schedule on IRCC website site only one ceremony scheduled at 10 am on that day.
We are confused thinking 1pm time is a typo or IRCC has not yet added afternoon schedule there.
Please guide on what to do. Thanks

Did you get it for jan 10 or 17? On 10th there is one at 2 PM for windsor which i believe where u r from

Correct- I am from Windsor. My invite is for 1 PM on Jan 17. However, oath ceremony schedule shows only at 10 am that day
Go by the letter or you can call on sunday just to confirm there has been no mistake. Also no harm in going at 10 AM even if ceremony is at 1

Hmmmm.... By calling them you occupy the IRCC resources so processing of your application takes longer.

It would be the fastest if you stop calling and interrupting their work.
