Help button next to the question:
Legal arrangements must be made to give someone other than your parent authority to travel with you to Canada.

BTW you cannot apply for your nephew. One of his parents must apply on his behalf + answer 'Yes' to the question + provide your contact information

His parents are only applying , they have agreed and signed the letter of authorization . what kind of legal arrangements should be made ? will notarized letter of authorization and proof of relationship and letter of invitation from me be enough

His parents must provide a letter of consent authorizing you to look after him during his visit. Notarization is not required, but must be signed by both parents. It must include their names, telephone numbers and address along with your contact information.

Also: Copies of their passports, your nephew's passport and your passport + his birth certificate.

Additionally, you can provide proof of your relationship to him

Answer 'No'. He is traveling alone.

BTW it is necessary to prove that your nephew is not traveling unauthorized/without the consent of both parents. If he is granted a TRV, he needs to bring the documents I mentioned earlier + he could be questioned more closely at the port of entry

His parents must prove they can finance the trip, including airfare
CAN'T I PAY FOR HIS TICKETS AND SHOW MY FINANCES AS I WILL BE PAYING FOR HIS EXPENDITURES
ALSO , IF I SAY YES TO THIS QUESTION AND PROVIDE MY PASSPORT , HIS BOTH PARENTS ADHAAR CARD , LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FROM HIS PARENTS AND UPLOAD TO CLIENT INFIRMATION SLOT (OPTIONAL SLOT)
HE'LL GET THE VISA RIGHT ?
