1- I submitted 20/08/2018
2- AOR1 17-12-2018 today
3- Country of PA Yemen
4- I linked my Application today and was like that I also tried to link it yesterday but didn't work

Medical Approved - 15 Nov 2018
Today i called in to check the status. They said file is still in Nova scotia and the file is in second stage. They are at stage 2 background check. Does it means our file will not be transferred to Local Visa office ? Our LVO is New Delhi. Anyone is/was in the same situation ? Please help

We’re at the same stage our filewas received on August 16. I’m not sure if it’s going to be in Nova Scotia or Delhi
