My wife's file was received on April 19, 2018 and they sent the file to New Delhi on July 24 (same date as you even though they received your file way after my wife's file) so you see you'll hear something soon

Do not need additional documents.
Do not need fingerprints.
We are checking background. We will send you message.
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when final decision made.

Exactly same words in ours [except 1 ]but file has NOT been transferred, neither we got any e-mails of such transfers. PLEASE NOTICE a big diff here you have a good ting here, "We are checking background." To me it is Interview NOT reqd. You seem to be close to finals. Let JAN 2019 come in.

They don't send any email about this. it is updated on Ecas usually its on 2nd line says "we started processing your application on MM-DD-YYYY".
