Are the birth certificates or Domicile is also necessary for EE or this document is required for the primary and secondary applicant?

Birth certificate is not required for Express Entry for Primary and Secondary applicants. However it may be required in case of PNP based applications and it is a must for dependent children in express entry.

I have another query, i am accompanying spouse and i have 2 passports of the same country like first one is expired and have no stamping and in second one i have a visit visa of UAE. Should i scan and upload both of passports?

yes, scan and upload all passports. ( Just do not scan any blank page)

should i scan all pages of passports ( like 1 to 35)? coz my previous passport has no stamping expect canceling on bio page
