Your observation could be valid based on the data that you have collected. However, it is not that easy to reason based on a (very) limited info. Many people do not order GCSM notes, call CIC, or …. to get info about their applications...I think my notice is general and not specially dedicated for july applicants
Ottawa's PPR comes in at 10pm. (Between 9:30 to 11pm)Why in 9 hours?
Ottawa usually send PPR email around that time. Why in 9 hours?

Hibernating!Where have you been these cold months on July thread?
Maybe Officer needs to do a final review of application. Not too sure. The update that I received was basically associated with additional document request (Resume/CV). I am going to send it today. After that, it is the officer decides to approve my application after reviewing my CV or sending it for further review. So, it could be a quick PPR right after or a long review. We will find out.
I hope that's the case.Maybe Officer needs to do a final review of application.
I think you would like to make sure that job responsibilities / duties in CV should match with the Experience Letter you submitted.
LolMakes wonders to your skin!
But I'm kinda awake now...
