My CRS score is 362. Not received ONIP nomination for past 2 years.

Dear Friends,

From 2015, My profile is alive with CRS score > 360 under the noc code 2283. In last couple for years I could see people with CRS 350 getting NOI, but I haven't received any nomination till date. Could you please educate me how to get an ONIP nomination.

I have created profile in CIC website. Let me know do I need to do any other process to get an invite.

I think you need to upload your file again.. do it in the month of January.. I hope that helps..

Thanks for your response. Every year i have created new profiles but not received any noi for past 2 years. Moreover, i am not sure noi is issued based on specific skills.

Oh yes.. generally people in IT professionals easily get nomination from Ontario with score under 400.. there is a hight chance that Ontario will open human capital program in the month of January.. so.. upload your profile once again in the month of January..

Thanks for your response. I will again create a profile in January. Also, I have created only profile in ircc. Not sure whether do i need todo any other steps to get noi from ontario.

Ok first of all.
1. That condition for IT people just under 400 is the water under the bridge - past that will not return.
2. You can get NOI even if your points are below 400 points but you have to meet additional conditions:
- to have a valid job offer in Ontario
- to be a specific tradesman (see special NOC list) and to be working or have a valid job offer in Ontario.
- to be bilingual (French and English)
- to have recently graduated from Master or PhD program in Ontario (here it is not with NOI, but with first come first served).

3. If you do not meet any of those special conditions, it has no sense to wait for something that will not happen.

Yes thats enough.
OINP has changed a lot after 2017...it becomes harder. For HCP, I think now they pick people in the range 430 and up.

My CRS tool score is 390. So for OINP, I will need to have a job offer and French skills or just having a job offer should work?
