If you are referring to the "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." in your account, then yes, it is normal as the statuses in the account do not accurately reflect at what stage your application is.

Is it only people from June (16/17, 24-26) IP2 and ghost updates that are stuck in Sydney after approval or there are people from other months as well?
I plan to call them on 20th, on 181st day. Let's see how that goes.

Nooo, from July as well. File approved on 8th Nov and stuck in Sydney since then.

Sorry to bring you bad news, but many including myself from April AOR are in same situation. Application still stuck at Sydney after 8 months with no progress in practical anything besides Medical and Criminality. I am not implying that it would be the same for all stuck in Sydney though. Some of us may have it sooner rather than later.
