Hi Folks,
I got married after getting my PR. Since the status was single in copr I landed with the same status. Now when my wife applied for Visitors visa it got rejected saying excluded relationship. Need help on how to proceed further.

If you landed as single when you were married, you committed misrepresentation. Your spouse is excluded from the Family Class and you will not be able to sponsor her.

1. You are barred from sponsoring her.
2. She either is able to emigrate by having sufficient points under EE, or you give up you PR status, return home and re=apply, under EE again.

Yes one month before landing. But I had my visa stamped and had booked my tickets by then.

Then as mentioned by the forum members above, this is a case of misrepresentation and you won't be able to sponsor your wife. You would have to re-apply for PR including spouse in the application.
