What you mean by not satisfied? For leaving canada or anything else? Be more clear.I have refused from Canada in category of study visa. My course start date 7 January still have 20 days almost.Can I reapply just now on same offer letter. ...Reffusel reason is we have not satisfied from ur file.

I can't apply just now there are 20 days left for starting my (Jan) intake.Others can comment as well but Unlikely I think that you would get an approval now for a January 7 start so think you are looking at deferring your start date.

You must convince them that you will leave Canada . 20 days aren’t guaranteed thay you will get the visa because they usually take longer. Applying again now I don’t think is a good idea unless the processing time in your country is 1 month

Don't apply now as processing time is 5 weeks for india and it is not guaranteed even. Someone got visa after 2 months, too in sds. So best and safe would be next intake and do apply for caips note, the recommended site is caipsgcms.comFinally.tel me can I applied just now my course will start 7 JAN
