RCMP Fingerprints requested

Just received a letter today requesting RCMP Fingerprints.

Letter states:

1. Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by: 2019/02/12
   
   Please note:
   The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused.
   

What does the 7 days limit refer to?

It means you have 7 days to upload the requested information .

That contradicts the date stated above. I also doubt I can get criminal check within 7 days.

I spoke with an CIC agent who confirmed the statement was an error and the date I have to submit my RCMP fingerprints results is 2019/02/12.
