Unnamed lmia..... confused

When i applied for work permit as a driver from dubai... that time i got lmia without mentioning my name That lmia was for the 5 postion of drivers. After applied i got refusal saying that YOU ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF VALID LMIA.

I want to know that after getting unnamed Positive LMIA.. Employer needed to submitted again my information for the position to CIC before applying work permit and they should issued new Lmia with mentionibg my name.

Tell me plz anybody.. confused...

In your other posts I think you were already told this was likely a scam.

What for example does this intermediary you paid 3000 dollars to say about the blank LMIA . Did you contact the employer directly or just through this agent. As you were told the employer is responsible for applying for the LMIA and it only costs 1000 dollars.

Still sounds odd to me that with your 9 months experience that wherever this employer is based they have zero candidates with more experience that they have to employ from outside Canada as opposed to from within.

Not sure what are are referring to. Employer apply for the LMIA.
