Visitor visa application

In my passport, My name is written as "Jaimini Nayee" and my parents also hase same surname "Nayee". Problem is, in my parents individual passports they have, "Nayi" as a surname.
Will that be a problem in visitor visa process?
And I would also like to know any future problems like when applying for PR!!
what othet documents I can provide to prove that they are my parents but have different surname?
