Ito po yung timeline ni husband ko. Pinasa ko po application from edmonton to case processing centre in Mississagua june 3,2018.
#2 is when they forwarded his application to the visa office in manila

Hello,

Recently my spouse got a email from LDN VO to take her passport and other documents to the Islamabad office in Pakistan where they will send it to LDN VO. They said she will be getting her passport back within 4 WEEKS along with her PR Visa to immigrate to Canada.

My question is:
If they are going to take her passport in Islamabad to send to the visa office in LDN, how will she travel back to AFGHANISTAN WITHOUT HER PASSPORT IN THAT 4 WEEK PERIOD? She has no family to reside In pakistan either...

The majority of the processing is done after the file is transferred to the VO. Expect many more months.

Hello everyone,

I am a Canadian Citizen. I'm sponsoring my South American wife under the family class sponsorship.

We sent our application on August 30th 2018 and it arrived at Sydney, NS (in Canada) on September 7th 2018.

It has now been over 3 months (Dec 14th today) and we haven't received the AOR yet. Is this normal?

We were in Mississauga at the time of the application, that's why we sent it to Sydney, NS (in Canada). Also, we made the application as Living Outside of Canada as my wife's official residence to date is still in South America.

I tried reading through some of the older threads and it seems like some people wait 3 months others 1 or 2 months... Not sure what to expect.

Starting to get worried a little bit... Appreciate any input on the matter. Thank you!
