Foreign work experience points!

Good morning, I have an Important question regarding my ( Foreign work experience). I worked in my country in Saudi as 0601 - Corporate sales managers under the NOC 0 from Jan,2007 till Jan,2009. I applied for my express Entry profile (Dec 1st, 2018) and the system has never counted for me this experience. Is still giving me zero for the experience. Could you please let me know what I should do next? Thanks

The system counts the experience of last 10 Years only

Thanks Both for responding. But from 2009 till now (2018), still within the 10 years experience. I completed my work experience in back home on Jan 20, 2009 and I applied for my Express entry on Dec 1st, 2018?

Hint!!!

I did change my experience work to 2010! and still marking me 0 in the foreign experience?? Eventually, I changed it to 2011 and counted 38 points..

Please explain
