@legalfalcon dear Sir, do you have any thougth on the root cause of the Sydney CIO situation? We can see dozens of FSW "final: approved" cases(including mine) which were approved a long ago(the earliest I know is 12th October) and still have not received PPR e-mails. It is not an individual case, we barely remember the last PPR from Sydney CIO for FSW applications

All I can state is that you should raise CSE to CPC Ottawa at their email id and refer your GCMS notes if you have them. This happens when no one is working on your file.

Primary office: Centralized intake office
Secondary office: CPC-Ottawa

If so, is it the e-mail I should use? CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
