You can, but generally this forum suggests you have a "buffer" period of so many days just in case some dates are scrutinized further. I'd say give it a year; just in case ALL your dates are questioned and found inconsistent. On the other hand, if you're absolutely sure that you did spend that time in Canada and didn't travel anywhere, you should be alright.
Me personally I've lived in Canada for 13 years and I've been a PR for 11 of those years with them all spent in Canada, except for 10 days (5 days in 2008; 5 in 2011). I applied in February of this year, so those dates aren't valid for calculation anyway.
