There is no status while awaiting Restoration. If you leave, there is a good chance that you will not be allowed to re-enter.

My great grandma is 102 years old I know this is a risky decision but I need to see her before anything happens to her , do u think they will approve my US visa ? What should I say

As you are currently in Canada illegally, there is probably no chance of being approved for a US visa.

If you have applied for restoration, then you are in Canada without status. You can stay until a decision is made in your restoration application - but you do not have valid status in Canada at this time.
