[BCPNP] How to describe recruitment activities if the postion is by internal referral?

Hi,
I'm going to apply BC PNP (Express Entry International Graduates).
I am checking Job Offer Form now and to see which information my company needs to provide.

In my case, I work less than 1 year, no LMIA. My company actually didn't post any recruitment ads online and no one else except me applied the position I am currently working on. I got my job by internal referral. How could my company describe the recruitment activities in Job Offer Form? and which document/proof should my company submit in my case? Thank you.
