I was able to get into IRCC phone queue. Analyst told me eligibility is recommend pass! I'll wait till notes confirm but I think analyst was truthful
Analysts don't (can't) lie about that. So most likely it is recommended passed. And as always it is waiting game with Montreal!

But based on past trends expect a few July first week folks receiving PPR in the coming week!

Hi Guys,

I had this update from CIC:

"We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
- 1231412- Applicant name XYX:
- Fingerprints: A set of original fingerprints
- Please send your original RCMP certificate by mail to the following address:"

I am slightly confused on what to send. Should it be just the Certificate or the fingerprints that were take from FBI along with that.

Anyone who can help with this.

Weird request. Didn't they ask for fingerprints or RCMP earlier as well? I would probably send same kind of fingerprints you used for FBI PCC. As far as I remember you or your spouse have never set foot in Canada before so I don't think you can get RCMP certificate. So I would just go with finger printing cards from local police station in USA on the same form you used for FBI PCC and may get it signed by local police station here.

This question is in reference to the same request as earlier ( We have visited Canada in past on Visitor Visa ).. I received the Certificate back from RCMP today. SO its submission time. Hence the question on what to send and what to upload.

Ah okay. I think keep scanned copies of everything with you. Also upload them using cse and also mail the physical copy and in LOE say that here is the scanned copy and I have also sent you physical copy via fedex tracking number this etc.

They have opened a column on CIC file for me to upload fingerprints. So that part is fine, just that I can submit LOE with FEDEX Tracking.

Main Doubt is , weather they want me to send both the certificate and Fingerprints via mail , or just the Certificate.

I feel like I am gonna do that
But they have this line "Do not submit fingerprints to our office that have not been processed by the RCMP as this will cause a delay in the processing of your application." So dont know if new FBI fingerprints have chances of resulting in delay :)

Completed my landing in IRCC office. We had to wait approx 30 minutes for our turn. But, the "interview" only took five minutes. Confirmed our address, asked us if we have any convictions inside or outside Canada and if we have any kids outside Canada. Printed the CORP and we signed. You get that small smile when they say "Congratulations, now you are a permanent resident in Canada" :)
