Receied email from CIC regarding tracking time

I received email from CIC that I would be able to see a BAR to track estimated time for my application on Dec ,12.

Is it for everyone?? OR what does that mean?

It will be new tool to give you status of your application probably in a more accurate manner. We will have to wait and find out. It is for everyone.
